They're called Apple Cider Caramels, by Little Apple Treats of Sebastopol, California. Why do we love them so? They're made with freshly pressed apple cider from the owner's orchard, which gives them a rich sweet tanginess. They're rich with butter and local cream - yum. Then, they're studded with bits of crunchy California almonds and sprinkled with a bit of vanilla sea salt. They're an addictive delicious treat that shows off a ton of local California flavor - our favorite thing!
Little Apple Treats also make delicious granolas and vinegars, which we love.
